  • Student Schedules
     
    Please note that any student schedules viewed online in Parent Portal over the weekend were tentative due to adjustments to the master schedule and the balancing of courses. It's very much like a "rough draft" or "practice round" where student schedules are emptied, the master schedule adjusted, and then re-scheduled until a high percentage of students are fully scheduled with minimal conflicts. We do this several dozen times to get the highest percentage of fully scheduled students and the lowest percentage of scheduling conflicts.

    Students will get their "official" schedule during our registration date. Thank you!

  • AHS "RETURNING TO AISD" REGISTRATION
     Students who have been previously enrolled in Aubrey ISD (including those entering grade 9 who were an AMS student last year) will verify residence and enroll on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, between 9AM-7PM. At this session, students will pick up class schedules, books, locker assignment, etc... Reminder that schedules ARE NOT changed unless there is a course needed for graduation. 
     
    Registration packets were mailed and should arrive by July 24, 2015. If you do not receive a packet, you can print the forms from here or stop by campus to pick up a packet.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED, SIGNED, & DATED 
     

    ALL FORMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AT TIME OF REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO GET YOUR SCHEDULE, LOCKER, AND BOOKS. IF YOU ARE MISSING A FORM, YOUR PACKET WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU TO COMPLETE AND BRING BACK 

     

    1) ENROLLMENT FORM (in red pen update or correct any information, and PARENT must SIGN AND DATE at bottom)** Please note Parent/Guardian listed are always 1st emergency contacts – use other names for emergency contacts in case we are not able to contact listed Parent/Guardian. You can update this form online at home, online at registration, or print a blank one HERE

     

    2) HEALTH CARD (parent sign & date) PLUS bring proof of any shots that were updated or required over the summer.

     

    3) REQUEST FOR FOOD ALLERGY INFORMATION (parent sign/date) 

     

    4) FOSTER CARE AND MILITARY CONNECTED STUDENTS 

     

    5) OCCUPATIONAL SURVEY 

     

    6) RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE (parent sign & date) 

     

    7) TWO (2) PROOFS OF RESIDENCY (example = electric bill, water bill, gas bill, mortgage, lease agreement) WE DO NOT ACCEPT: cell phone bills, bank statements, car insurance, other statements mailed to the home. If utilities/lease etc are not in the same last name as the student please write students full name on bill so we will know who the residency is for. If proof of residency is not in parent/guardians name but in aunt's, brother's, etc... another form will need to be completed by whomever’s name is on the bill. This form will need to be picked up PRIOR to registration. It will need to be completed and notarized and brought in at time of registration.
