Hi, my name is Toni Bodine. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2004 with a degree in Excercise and Sport Studies, with teacher certification. I am currently certified EC-6, ESL, Health, and Physical Education. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I have worked in the Aubrey ISD District for the last 6 years, as a substitute teacher for Brockett Elementary. I spent 5 years teaching pre-k, before becoming an Special Education Para in 2019. I am so grateful to begin this year as a 1st grade teacher!!
My husband and I have lived in the Aubrey community for the last 15 years and proud to call it HOME. We have three children who keep us very busy. Camryn is at AMS, Connor and Cora are both at Brockett. We also have 3 dogs, Daisy, Ace, and Mocha. As a family we love going to the movies, taking trips, and just enjoying our time together at home.
I enjoy being outdoors, working in the yard, crafting, and baking up yummy treats. My favorite place to be is at the beach with my toes in the sand. I love Mexican food and could eat it every day, caso and chips are my weakness. Chick-fil-a sweet tea is my all time favorite drink and I try and treat myself to one more than I should. I also have a love for chocolate and can never have to much, it makes me happy!
I love everything there is to love about the Aubrey community. The support of our church family, friends, and those within the community make me proud to call Aubrey home.
Looking forward to an exciting year of learning and growing together!
