2020 Aubrey Football Game Procedures for Visiting Fans and Teams
We look forward to our upcoming football game at Chaparral Stadium. We would like to provide you with information that will make your gameday experience run smoothly for your team and your fans. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Aubrey ISD will be following the Aubrey ISD UIL Activities Protocol and UIL guidelines. Please read over the following information and contact us at 940-668-3900 with any questions.
Face Coverings - Per UIL guidelines, all fans entering Chaparral Stadium must wear a face covering.
COVID Screenings - Per UIL guidelines, all fans entering Chaparral Stadium are required to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Fans will be asked if they have or been in close contact with anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms.
Parking - Please see attached map for visiting parking. Parking is free. Visitors are asked to park in the lot on the east side of the athletic complex, closest to the visitor stands and the softball and baseball fields. Visitors will enter the football field through the east side gate. There is accessibility parking located directly in front of the athletic complex and along the west side.
Bus Parking - Please see attached map for bus parking for team, cheerleading and band. All buses will park on the northeast side of the athletic complex and will enter from the northeast side of the stadium. Aubrey ISD will have a coned-off area for the buses. Please park facing north, towards the high school building to ensure a safe, quick exit towards the east side of the high school.
Ticket Sales - Stadium gates will open one hour before game time. Visiting fans will enter and exit through the visitor gate on the east side of the fieldhouse.
Ticket Spicket will be handling online ticket sales for Aubrey ISD. Links for tickets will be given to visiting schools, and visiting schools will determine how the link is distributed. Visiting stands are limited to a capacity of 500 people. Therefore, only 500 tickets will be issued.
If there are any tickets remaining, paper tickets will be sold at the gate on gameday.
Ticket Prices: Adults $5.00
There will be no re-entry without approval from the administrator on duty.
Aubrey ISD athletics will provide each visiting school with Comp Tickets for Administrators and Coaches families. Please provide a count of needed Comp Tickets to Aubrey ISD athletics no later than Tuesday of the game week. Comp tickets will be counted in the total capacity of 500.
Visiting Stands - Seating is limited to 500 people. Aubrey ISD requests fans social distance and sit at least two seats away from people outside their household. Visiting administration is responsible for ensuring that social distancing practices are followed in the visiting stands. Visiting team will enter the east gate and exit to their bus at the east gate to maintain separation from non-participants. Custodians will be disinfecting handrails and high traffic areas during games,including restrooms.
We ask that at the conclusion of the game, spectators exit the stadium and refrain from congregating together in the parking lot. If you are waiting on your student to take them home, please social distance from those not in your household.
Sideline/ Home Press Box Access - Each visiting school will determine access to the visitor’s sideline. Aubrey ISD will only allow visiting coaches and filmers into the home press box during the game. The coaches will be in the pressbox. The filmers (two cameras per team) will be located on top of the pressbox.

Locker room - A locker room will be provided for the visiting team for all varsity football games. The locker room is located on the east side of the athletic fieldhouse. The locker room will be properly disinfected before and after use by a visiting team. Locker rooms will open 2 hours before game time. Please see attached map for location.
Restrooms/Concessions - Restrooms for visitors are located on the east side of the athletic complex. Concessions are located on the northeast corner of the athletic complex. Custodians will be disinfecting handrails and high traffic areas during games,including restrooms.
Spectators - Spectators will not be allowed to cross over to the home side for any reason. We ask that at the conclusion of the game, spectators exit the stadium and refrain from congregating together in the parking lot. If you are waiting on your student to take them home, please social distance from those not in your household.
Band - The visiting band will set up and stay during the game in the north end of the endzone near the fieldhouse.
