    Howdy, Aubrey America, I am very excited to be here. You may want to know a little about me...so here goes!

     

     

    I hail from Mack Colorado, which is in west/central Colorado. I graduating from a 5A High School and was very active in the FFA and 4-H programs. I showed cattle, sheep, sewed and decorated cakes, as well as served as Chapter FFA President, Vice President, Secretary, and District Vice President. I also served as a Colorado State FFA Treasurer in 2000-2001. I Obtained my State FFA degree in 1998 as well as my American FFA Degree in 2001.

     

     

    While in High School I played varsity softball and was a powerlifter, as well as competed in year round ASA Softball. My junior and senior year I worked practically a full time waitress job at a local Hamburger establishment along with everything else.

    I grew up on a family owned and operated custom cattle ranch where my parents and younger brother operated close to 5000 head of cattle nine months out of the year. We also irrigated/farmed 500-600 acres of alfalfa and corn.

     

     

    In 2001 I moved across the state to attend Jr. College. In 2003 I was accepted to Texas A&M University as a transfer student. I knew nothing of the state of Texas, where College Station even was, the fact that HUMIDITY existed or that the school was based on pure 'Tradition.' I just knew it was not 10 below zero and you could wear flip flops year round! Needless to say, I went, I stayed, and I loved every minute of it!

    In July 2018, I was elected to serve as a board member for the Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas (VATAT) were I spend time advocating for Agriculture Education.

    My family now:

    I married my husband in December 2005 after meeting in college. He worked for 7 years as an Ag Science Teacher at Marcus HS, and is currently a CTE Principal in Lewisville ISD.

    We have 3 amazing, beautiful, smart children. They are our EVERYTHING!
    In August of 2012 I started as a Mary Kay Independent Sales Consultant.
