  • What is the Dual Credit Program?
    The Dual Credit program at AHS provides an opportunity for eligible high school students to enroll in college-level courses at NCTC and TWU to earn both college credit and high school credit simultaneously.

  •  Dual Credit at AHS

    AHS is proud to offer various ways for students to earn college credit while still in high school. Students have the opportunity to pick the route that best fits their future pursuits.

    Students must meet admissions requirements and get approval from their high school counselor for the dual credit courses selected. Students are responsible for paying for tuition, books and fees associated with dual credit courses.

  • New Student Success Academic Support Services for NCTC Dual Credit Services

    Student Success Academic Support Services are available to all currently enrolled NCTC students. Please see links below for new hours and share with your students. We have On-Campus tutoring with a new virtual sign in. New! Appointments can be made online or walk-in too. (see your MYNCTC One Login and look for the app “On-Campus Tutoring”)

    Online Workshops

    We provide both On-Campus and Online (24/7) tutoring to students. Online tutoring through in Canvas (see your MYNCTC One Login and look for the app “Online Tutoring”) Our tutoring centers are certified through CRLA and all tutors are trained under the direction of Cheryl Capuchina, Student Success Coordinator.

    Did you know?

    Student Success also includes oversight and specialized help to the following:

    all first year students,

    Free printing  for CTE (technical students);

    Childcare reimbursement for CTE students;

    Computer Use:

    TRIO students;

    Students with disabilities (OSD);

    Mathematics Division (Ben Owens, Interim Division Chair)

    Kinesiology Division (Taylor Christian, Division Chair)

    TRIO program helps first-generation students (Nancy Zamora, TRIO Director)

  • Aubrey High School “OFF PERIODS”

    The no off periods for the 2020-2021 school year has changed. Mrs. Holloway will be delivering permission forms to each online course proctor.  The form will give permission for the student to be off campus once it is completed and signed by the student and parent.
