    My name is Katherine Cole, and this is my 12th year of teaching 1st grade here at Brockett! I am honored and so excited to be your child's teacher and cannot wait to see them go wild about learning this year!!!
    I am very happily married to my best friend, and we have a wonderful son, who is a sophomore in college, at UNT. We also have two very spoiled cats. My hobbies include gardening, traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with my family.
    Communication between school and home is very important to me, and I look forward to getting to know you all better this year, and welcome you to email or call me anytime.
