Background and Experience

Growing up in Denton, I attended Newton Rayzor Elementary, Strickland Jr. High, and Denton High School.  I then went on to further my education at the University of North Texas.  I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from UNT and have had a wonderful and rewarding career in education!  My experience includes:

• 28 years teaching experience...9 years in secondary education; 19 years in elementary education
• 7 years teaching experience in kindergarten
• 12 years teaching experience in first grade
• 25 years teaching experience in Aubrey ISD
• 3 years teaching experience in Pilot Point ISD
