Chaparral Honor Badges are awarded to those who make Aubrey Independent School District campuses and departments thrive every day. Honor badges recognize district employees who demonstrate qualities in the categories of All In, Inspiring Passion, Empowering Excellence or Nurturing Innovation. Any employee in Aubrey ISD can be nominated. Winners are selected monthly and all honorees receive an exclusive Aubrey ISD lanyard and Chap Pin keepsake.
