Aubrey Independent School District (ISD) is pleased to announce the Aubrey High School Class of 2026 Top 10 graduates.
Cade Smith has earned the distinction of valedictorian as the senior with the highest cumulative grade point average (GPA).
William Simon is the salutatorian for the Class of 2026 with the second-highest cumulative GPA.
Cade has attended Aubrey schools since pre-kindergarten and is the son of Patricia and Joseph Smith. He shared one word, “good,” about how he felt as being named valedictorian.

Cade says the district has prepared him by “letting me socialize and learn social skills for later.”
Cade plans to attend Texas A&M University and will major in Civil Engineering.
William takes pride in being named salutatorian.
“I feel honored and proud to be in the top 10 of my class,” he said.
William has attended Aubrey schools since kindergarten and is the son of Jay Simon and Teddi Weems. He feels that Aubrey ISD has given him the necessary tools for success beyond high school.
“Aubrey ISD properly equipped me with all of the skills and knowledge to succeed in college and afterwards,” he said.
