At the May 21, 2025 regularly scheduled board meeting, the Aubrey ISD Board of Trustees approved the hiring of the following new Aubrey ISD campus leader:
Ryan Tyler - Assistant Principal, Owens Middle School
Tyler holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Midwestern State University. Tyler's teaching career began in Burkburnett ISD with additional educator experiences at Albuquerque Public Schools in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Decatur ISD. Tyler joined Aubrey ISD as an assistant principal at Aubrey High School, and most recently served as a Student Support Facilitator.
