Aubrey ISD leadership had a great second day of preparation for another great year.

Attendance matters from day one. Here’s what you can do to support student success. The goal is 95%: Be at school on time, every day, all day. Every day counts: Attendance directly impacts student learning and success. Every minute matters: Tardies and early pick-ups interrupt learning. Start strong: Good attendance habits begin in pre-K and kindergarten. Excuse absences promptly: Submit doctor’s notes within three days to avoid unexcused absences. Stay informed: Monitor your student’s attendance in Parent Portal. Contact your student’s campus with questions.

New Personal Communications Device Law Texas House Bill 1481, a new state law, will take effect during the 2025-26 school year and will directly impact student personal communication devices during instructional hours (defined as first bell to last bell). Exceptions are possible with documented medical needs, IEP or 504 accommodations, or other health and safety requirements as outlined by the law. Students may not use personal cellphones, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds or similar devices during instructional hours. This includes lunch, recess and passing periods. Please begin talking to your child now about this upcoming change. Your support will help us create a more focused learning environment. Aubrey ISD will share more information as the plan is developed.

Attention FULLER Pre-K Families!

We're so excited to welcome our newest students with "Pop and Play with Pre-K," a special opportunity for your child to get familiar with their new school environment and enjoy a popsicle!

During these sessions, your child will have fun exploring the building, helping them feel comfortable and confident on their first day. Meanwhile, parents will learn everything they need to know about our Pre-K program, from daily routines to curriculum highlights.

These interactive sessions also allow our staff to observe your child in a relaxed setting, helping us make the best classroom placement decisions for a successful and joyful learning experience. We will host four sessions on July 23rd beginning at 9AM. Please sign up for 1 session.

Happy Fourth of July!

Congrats to the Fuller BETA Club on an incredible debut at the NATIONAL competition in Orlando! In their very first year participating, they brought home hardware! Huge thanks to the sponsors and the entire Fuller BETA team for proudly representing Aubrey on the national stage!

On the final day of Emergent Bilingual summer school at Fuller Elementary School, June 30, 2025, students put on an ABC Fashion Show to demonstrate some of the vocabulary they have learned. Families attended and brought lunch to share with their children. This event celebrated the end of summer school and all of the language they learned this year. Quick Facts: * Students participating in the fashion show were in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten and will be beginning kindergarten and first grade in the fall * Students attended school full-time, Monday - Thursday this summer and have completed the required 120 hours of instruction * This fall will begin the third year of Aubrey ISD’s dual language program... classes taught in English and Spanish to enhance literacy and proficiency in both languages * Since the beginning of the dual language program, we have hired a new teacher each year to keep up with the growth in this area of need * There are 53 languages spoken in Aubrey ISD

After an incredible three days of camp, it’s clear that the future of Aubrey Volleyball is shining bright! These young athletes gave it their all and improved with each day.

What an incredible week of football camp! Over 160 campers (1st–9th grade) showed up ready to learn, compete, and have FUN. The coaching staff couldn't be prouder of the energy, effort, and sportsmanship. Proud of these future Chaps!

State Bound! The Aubrey High School Softball Team will depart for Austin today, May 29, at 8:00 a.m. from just outside the football stadium at Aubrey High School. Come early and help us give them a spirited State Sendoff!
