Chaparral Honor Badges are awarded to those who make Aubrey Independent School District campuses and departments thrive every day. Honor badges recognize district employees who Show Up, Step In, Lend a Hand, and Make Every Moment Count for our students and one another. These employees have made another person’s day easier, gone above and beyond, or consistently bring positivity, support or encouragement to fellow Chaparrals. Any employee in Aubrey ISD can be nominated. Winners are selected monthly and all honorees receive an exclusive Aubrey ISD lanyard and Chap Pin keepsake.
