As we prepare for the upcoming season, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Chaparral Stadium policies to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans. Key reminders: • All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry. Tickets must be purchased online through GoFan. Cash will not be accepted at the gate. • Bags are permitted but are subject to inspection upon entry. • Field access is restricted to authorized personnel and approved pass holders only. • Appropriate behavior and language are expected at all times. Running, horseplay, and disruptive conduct are not permitted. • Prohibited items include alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, illegal substances, weapons, laser pointers, noise-makers, drones, and remote-controlled devices. • High school students must present a school ID to enter the student section. Middle school students must remain seated, and younger students must be accompanied by an adult. Thank you for helping us create a safe, family-friendly atmosphere at Chaparral Stadium. Due to scheduled construction that will cause a phone and internet outage on Thursday, May 28, all district offices and campuses will close at 3:30 p.m. Additionally, summer hours begin this week, and district offices and campuses will be closed Friday, May 29. Offices will reopen Monday, June 1, at 7:30 a.m.

The 2026 Aubrey Baseball season came to an end Saturday afternoon as the Chaps fell to Panther Creek in a winner-take-all Game 3 of the Regional Final. Aubrey finished the year with a 24-16-1 record and earned Regional Finalist honors — just the second time in school history the baseball program has reached the Regional Final round.
Thank you to all the parents, fans, administrators, and community members for your incredible support throughout the season. Most importantly, thank you to the players for your hard work, dedication, and selflessness all year long.

During the May 13, 2026, Aubrey ISD School Board meeting, Jody Gonzalez, who was recently re-elected to the Place 6 seat on the Aubrey ISD Board of Trustees, and Emily Doramus, who was elected to Place 7 replacing Dow, were sworn in for their three-year terms.
During the meeting, Jim Milacek was voted board president, Jody Gonzalez as vice president, and Trey Duncan as secretary.

During the May 13, 2026 Aubrey ISD school board meeting, trustee Colleen Dow, who did not seek re-election, was recognized for 15 years of service. In an emotional tribute, Aubrey ISD Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor shared memories of Dow throughout the years, honoring her commitment to students and staff. Thank you Colleen Dow for your years of service.

It’s been a week full of appreciation across Aubrey ISD, and Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor made sure the administrative team felt celebrated all week long — including a fun “happy hour” on Thursday, May 7 featuring Sonic drinks!
