The second cohort of Aubrey ISD’s Aspiring Leader Academy is nearing its end. On Monday, March 2, cohort members took part in mock interviews. Graduation is next month on April 7, 2025!

Over the past few days, the Aubrey boys and girls golf teams competed in the Anna Invitational at Stone Creek Golf Club. Despite challenging conditions, all players showed significant improvement from their previous outing. They continue to learn from past mistakes and put together stronger rounds. We’re excited to keep building as the season progresses! Boys Team – Top Performers • Sophomore Cole Travascio – 89 • Sophomore Jackson Polen – 91 • Freshman Luke Oringderff – 91 Girls Team – Top Performer • Freshman Yuri Judge – 96 (12th place out of 98 golfers!)

We have worked really hard all season, and it has come down to the wire to see how many of our girls have made it to regionals. To qualify, lifters must finish among the top 12 in their respective weight classes within the region, with alternates selected for positions 13 through 15.
