Sports Equipment Balls, scooters, hoverboards, bicycles, and skateboards are not allowed inside the stadium. No Re-Entry Once your ticket is scanned, re-entry is not permitted. Please remain inside the athletic venue. Parking & Entrance Information • Pine Ridge Street will stay open to traffic until halftime but will be closed to parking. • After the game, all traffic will exit onto FM 428. • Chaparral fans should enter through the west gate. • Visiting fans should enter through the east gate.

Attention Aubrey ISD Families of Home to School Bus Riders: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking systems enhance student safety, improve transportation efficiency, and provide accurate ridership data for Aubrey ISD transportation services operated by Durham Transportation Services. Parents/Guardians can view the time and location of their bus rider's scans via the Bus Tracker App. Beginning Nov. 1, 2025, all students must have a valid ID provided by Durham Transportation Services to ride the bus. No exceptions will be made to this requirement. Campuses will begin issuing RFID cards later this week. Bus Boarding Procedures: -Students must present their RFID card to the designated scanner when boarding the bus -The RFID scanner shall automatically record the student’s boarding time, location, and bus number -Students without valid RFID cards will not be permitted to board the bus unless following temporary boarding procedures -Bus drivers are authorized to verify student identity ***This regulation does not apply to extracurricular or field trip transportation. Schedule Change for This Week’s Football Games Due to possible bad weather Friday night, the Aubrey Varsity football game at Lake Dallas has been moved to Thursday at 7 p.m. All sub-varsity games at home will now be played Wednesday night at their regular start times. Aubrey ISD Superintendent Dr. Shannon Saylor and other district leaders attended the ribbon cutting for Aubrey’s newest Public Safety Facility on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. Located at 4425 FM 2931, the new facility houses Aubrey Fire Station #3 and the Criminal Investigation Division for the Aubrey Police Department.
