April 22: Administrative Professionals’ Day

Due to ongoing law enforcement activity and restricted neighborhood access regarding the hostage situation in Foree Ranch, as was the case this morning, Aubrey ISD will not be able to provide transportation to bus riders in the affected area this afternoon. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.

We are aware of an active law enforcement situation in the Foree Ranch neighborhood within our community. Authorities have advised families in the immediate area to remain in their homes at this time.
Out of an abundance of caution, any students directly impacted should not report to school today, and absences related to this situation will be excused.
All campuses will remain open and operating on a normal schedule, as officials have confirmed the situation is contained to that specific area and does not pose a broader risk to our schools.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share updates as needed. The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our top priority.
