Summer Learning at Aubrey ISD!
Aubrey ISD Elementary Summer School recently enjoyed a visit from the Texas Farm Bureau’s Mobile Learning Barn. This educational trailer can showcase up to seven different crops and livestock, including corn, cotton, grain sorghum, pork, and cattle. Thank you Farm Bureau for the unique learning opportunity.

Cross Country practice starts a week from today! The first day is Monday, June 17, from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. at the AMS track. These workouts are for 7th-12th graders. Practice will run Monday through Thursday throughout the summer.
Quick note: If your student-athlete has schedule conflicts with A.S.A.P. or skills camps, please use personal discretion regarding attendance. Please reach out to Coach Giddens if you have questions: kgiddens@aubreyisd.net

We hope everyone is having an amazing start to summer. It's never too early to start planning for a fantastic school year. With that in mind, here's a reminder: the first day of school will be Wednesday, August 14. A printable 2024-2025 calendar can be found here: https://bit.ly/3KzlD7b

THSCA and Texas Farm Bureau Insurance recognize Texas high school coaches for their accomplishments both on and off the track. As part of this recognition, Aubrey High School track and field Coach Don Spaulding was named THSCA Regional Head 4A Boys Track & Field Coach of the Year! We couldn't be more #AubreyProud of Coach Spaulding for earning this career achievement.

Our younger athletes have kicked off the summer in high gear, putting in the effort and having fun! If you missed these first camps, don’t worry—there are still plenty of chances to join other summer camps. Check them out https://www.aubreyisd.net/page/summer-athletic-camps
