The 88th Texas Legislature allocated funding so that students eligible for reduced-price school meals can eat breakfast at no charge for the next two years starting September 1, 2023. The free breakfast allocation only applies to those on the free and reduced meal program.

The Lady Chaps defeated Farmersville in 3 sets tonight. We started the match a little tense and it took us a while to settle down. We had a great crowd tonight, and it took us a bit to adjust to the loudness in the gym. We looked much more relaxed in sets 2 and 3. We limited our mistakes and looked very fluid. Kynadi Hall did a great job for us tonight offensively and defensively. She was all over the net putting up a big block and getting touches. Annaleise and Kynadi did a great job of pacing our offense tonight, and Olivia and Baylee did a good job distributing the ball to our hitters. We will be back in action on Friday, as we compete in our last tournament of the season.
